Fig & Flora

HAMILTON - Fig, white longhaired male approx 6yrs and Flora, brown female approx 3 yrs.

Fig and Flora are a truly inseparable pair who have the most wonderful little bond. They’re very different in personality, but they complement each other perfectly, and we’re looking for a special home where they can stay together.

Fig is a sweet old gentleman with the gentlest, kindest nature. We believe Fig is deaf, so he doesn’t hear us when we call him and sometimes needs a little extra help finding his way to his food. We often lift him to his bowl so he knows it’s time for dinner. Fig is incredibly affectionate and is always happy to receive pats — especially a good head scratch! He’s a quiet, loving boy who would thrive with someone who understands his needs and is happy to give him a little extra care.

Flora on the other hand, is a sassy little character who likes to be in charge! She has a beautiful coat and much prefers to be admired from a respectful distance rather than showered with attention. Flora is very food motivated and loves pushing her toys around, keeping herself entertained and making sure everyone knows exactly how things should be done.

Together, Fig and Flora make a very special pair. They will need an experienced and understanding home that is prepared for Fig’s grooming needs and is happy to respect Flora’s boundaries and personality.

There is no known history of illness for either rabbit.

Because of their individual needs, Fig and Flora are looking for a strictly indoor and child free home. Their ideal family will be patient, compassionate and committed to giving these two the care, understanding and stability they deserve.

Fig and Flora have each other, and that’s something we want to protect. I know their perfect person is out there — someone who will see the beauty in both of them and give this special pair the loving forever home they deserve.
